I’m Dr. Zarina Giannone, a Registered Psychologist and Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC®) based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

As one of Canada’s few dual-trained specialists in clinical and sport psychology, I work at the intersection of mental health and high performance, supporting individuals and teams operating in demanding, high-stakes environments. My work integrates evidence-based clinical care with applied mental performance strategies to support sustainable excellence.

In addition to individual and team-based work, I collaborate with organizations to design and implement bespoke mental health systems, policy, and education tailored to high-performance cultures.

In addition to my clinical practice, I have held roles as an adjunct professor, psychological scientist, and leader within professional associations. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Sport Information Resource Centre (SIRC) and as Co-Lead of the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee for the Canadian Sport Psychology Association. Across all areas of my work, I am committed to supporting individuals and organizations in creating meaningful, lasting change.
